Why I Do This Work

On the outside, I had a successful career. But inside, I carried stress in my body and restlessness in my heart. My journey into mindfulness and coaching began as a way to ease that discomfort — and it became a deeper path of reconnection. Now, I help others do the same: listening inward, tending to what's been ignored, and creating lives that feel aligned, sustainable, and alive.
